Weight: 170lbs

Woohoo, lost 4lbs... Played Badminton last night with Jimmy and Ben, it was a good work out. Was supposed to have the court booked form 7pm till 8pm but Ben was late arriving so didn't start until 7:15, ah well, no one came on after so we stayed till about 8:20 - Good times :)

Legs feel pukka today, although the balls of my feet feel a little worn, guessing it's because of all the running around on the court. I'm thinking same again next Wednesday, maybe even Badminton club on a Thursday starting next week.

I also managed to get my 1.4 miles down to under 13 minutes, next goal is to reach 12 minutes and 30 seconds... One step at a time ay!

So far I've been jogging on the 4th, 6th and the 8th Jan and it's going well. 1.4 miles in roughly 13 and a half minutes. I'm tracking the distance/pace etc by using Run Keeper which is an App for the iPhone, check it out,

Having taken a bet with someone from work, I've also started my stomach crunches now, photo to follow shortly. I need to build a visible six pack in six weeks and I'm already a few days in to it. Major exercise and minimum calories, that's the key here, need to shed the beer belly.

I've updated the site too, you can track my food intake using the section at the bottom of this page.
Another jog tonight and another weighing, I'll keep you posted.

Hi :) Today is the first day of my exercising. I'll be using this site to keep a personal track of what exercises I'm doing and how I'm improving on them day by day. I'll also be uploading a photo as often as possible to give me a visual idea of my progress.

Tonight I'll be jogging with my pal Jimmy, it'll only be a short Jog. Don't want to overdo it in the first few days, my fitness levels are crap at the moment.
